Site Unseen provides digital creative services including, but not limited to:

• Landing page design
• One-page website design
• Website customization
• Template customization
• Branding implementation
• Mobile-responsive website builds
• Creative direction
• Website-related digital design services

All services are digital products and/or digital creative services unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing is listed at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Unless otherwise stated:

• All pricing is listed in USD
• Full payment is required before work begins
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Final website files, transfers, or project delivery may be withheld until payment is completed

Site Unseen reserves the right to update pricing at any time for future purchases.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as general guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Turnaround time begins only after payment has been received, required materials have been submitted, and all necessary information is provided by the client.

Delays caused by missing content, delayed responses, revisions, hosting/platform issues, scope changes, third-party software, or technical limitations may extend project timelines.

Business days exclude weekends, federal holidays, emergency closures, and personal or family emergencies.

We are humans, not Amazon Prime for CSS.

The client agrees to provide all necessary project materials including, where applicable:

• Logos
• Copy/text
• Branding assets
• Images and videos
• Access credentials
• Timely feedback and approvals

The client is solely responsible for ensuring they have proper rights, licenses, or permissions to use any submitted images, fonts, videos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials. Site Unseen is not responsible for improperly licensed materials supplied by the client.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, one revision round is included with standard projects.

A revision includes:

• Small content edits
• Spacing adjustments
• Color adjustments
• Minor layout refinements
• Small visual tweaks

A revision does NOT include:

• Complete redesigns
• Changing the entire creative direction
• Additional pages or features
• Rebuilding the project from scratch
• Major structural changes after approval

Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional fees.

Scope creep is real and sneaky.

Refunds are generally not provided once work has begun.

However:

• If work has not started, a partial refund may be considered at the Company's discretion.
• Deposits, strategy work, consultation time, research, and completed work are non-refundable.
• If substantial work has already been completed, refunds will not be issued.

Site Unseen does not guarantee specific sales results, conversion rates, lead generation, SEO rankings, customer acquisition, revenue growth, or business outcomes.

You are purchasing creative and implementation services, not guaranteed world domination.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hosting fees, domain registration, maintenance, and third-party platform subscriptions are separate.

Projects may involve third-party platforms or providers including, but not limited to: Vercel, Netlify, Lovable, Framer, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, and other software or hosting services.

Site Unseen is not responsible for third-party outages, platform pricing changes, software limitations, account suspensions, API failures, hosting disruptions, or policy changes made by third-party companies.

If Silicon Valley decides to "pivot," we unfortunately cannot stop them.

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Site Unseen makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted website availability, future browser or software compatibility, SEO performance, accessibility certification, ADA compliance, HIPAA compliance, or legal compliance outside explicitly agreed-upon services.

The client is responsible for obtaining any required legal review, privacy policy review, compliance review, accessibility audit, or industry-specific legal approval — especially if your business handles healthcare, financial, legal, or sensitive user information.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for the project.

However, Site Unseen retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, showcase projects in marketing materials, reference work for promotional purposes, and use non-confidential project previews or screenshots — unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 calendar days, the project may be considered abandoned, paused, or closed. Restarting the project may require additional fees. Refunds will not be issued for abandoned projects.

Please do not disappear into the digital void.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MadIncrease LLC DBA Virtually NayLah shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, third-party platform failures, hosting outages, or software conflicts.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

By purchasing services from Site Unseen, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
